Service hours: Please copy our Service Hour Tracking Form and keep tracking your Youth4Good hours at the "3. Y4G Volunteer Hours Tracking" tab.  Remember to check in and check out the Youth4Good in-person events. Each event lead will submit your volunteer hours to Youth4Good. 

**Tutors only** Please track your own service hours and submit hours within 2 days of completing the service using this form.

Once receives the email, a Youth4Good supervisor will verify the hours and sign off the forms, and reply to all the verification inquiries from the schools and other organizations.

​Award

Youth4Good is an official certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award.

​This award recognizes United States citizens who have achieved a certain standard. Hours are measured over a 12-month period and awards are designated based on cumulative hours. The award is offered in multiple levels and is designed to recognize each milestone of your service achievement. Levels include bronze, silver, and gold.
To apply for the award:

1. Candidates must be a Youth4Good member and pay the annual membership fee.
2. Candidates must submit a documented record of volunteer activities and hours served. If you served with other organizations, a document from every agency, organization, school, church, etc., where you volunteered must accompany your time sheet and be signed by an agency representative verifying your hours. The event supervisor’s phone number, signature, and email are needed for verification. 
3. Our deadline for submission for 2023 is 7/31/2023.  To qualify to receive the PVSA from Youth4Good, candidates must have performed hours within a single 12-month period at your choice but no earlier than January 1st., 2022. The supporting materials must be sent as one complete package. 
4. Candidates must meet the number of hours designated by the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. Please checkout the eligibility: https://www.presidentialserviceawards.gov/eligibility
5. Candidates must serve at least 60% of volunteer hours through Youth4Good.
6. Youth4Good reserves the right to decline to approve the activities with undocumented hours/dates, activities with unclear contribution and impact, or activities without the event supervisor contact information or signature for verification. 
7. Please copy and submit your Presidential Award Application form (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lCyIck5nxVh8wkQJYHUuXXsIX4qimaypibldg-BKA4k/edit?usp=sharing) , follow instructions in each tab,  and share your google excel file with [email protected] .
